Sirloin Steak, Potatoes & Asparagus with Tarragon-Garlic Sour Cream Sauce

































Sirloin Steak, Potatoes & Asparagus
with Tarragon-Garlic Sour Cream Sauce


Sauce:
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons whole-grain Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all of the above items in a bowl.
Use as a sauce on potatoes, asparagus and steak.

1 pound sirloin steak--we grill ours.
We also grill extras for another dinner
6 peeled and sliced potatoes
1 can of Asparagus

Potatoes:
Peel and slice potatoes. Put in a baking dish.
Drizzle olive oil on potatoes and cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
salt and pepper to taste

Asparagus:
Heat asparagus in microwave for 3 minutes

Steak:
Cook steak on grill

  1. Wow, I can't cook at all and I'm an adult!! It would be really helpful if you were able to put captions under each picture explaining step by step what you are doing. A beginning close up shot of all the ingredients spread out is also really helpful to clueless people like me! Love the close ups of the final product! Nice job!
